Pricing, Specifications and Availability
All prices we quote are either in United States Dollars or Chinese Yuan under the INCOTERMS 2010. The lead time for quoted items is just information for reference and concrete delivery date will be confirmed once an order placed. Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the changing nature of the market, and because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, product descriptions may not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and color.
We may change our pricing, product description or specifications after any confirmation e-mail for an order placed or confirmed, but prior to shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes to order placed, and will not complete it until we have your approval.
Payment and Shipping Information
You may pay Elesoc for shipping ordered goods subject to payment term stated in a quotation or an order placed. We accept Third-party payment platform, Alipay for RMB, PayPal for international currency.
Elesoc will ship goods only in a shipping way of buyer confirmed in written. Shipment tracking information will be informed to buyer or consignee once shipping agent or forwarder provided it. Elesoc does not have responsibility or obligation to secure the shipment of goods in proper conditions be delivered in time or on time to correct consignee.
Product Warranty and Limitations
WE WARRANT THAT OUR PRODUCTS WILL BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEEDS THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL XIAMEN ELESOC ELECTRONIC SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "ELESOC") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT ELESOC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT ELESOC’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY ELESOC SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
Returns
All returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging,packing list, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 7 days from the date of receipt, or if the original label code of a forwarder or shipping agent has been removed from the packaging.
To return an item, contact Customer Service at service@elesoc.com or (86 592) 516 0939 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
