Shipping
Free shipping for all delivery to mainland of China. However for some area where the delivery cannot be reached we will charge shipping cost by using EMS service.
International shipping, we recommend using FedEx delivery. Clients can also choose transport agents and manner at expectation. All orders are shipped delivery duty unpaid which means the buyer may be responsible for import tax and other custom duties.
Each shipping package has a printed packing list. In the packing list you will easy to find detailed information for shipping package,including order numbers,commodities models,quantities as well as boxes numbers,measurements and weights.
Please keep the original packaging and packing list, in case of return or exchange commodities be need it.
Each inner box are labeled with a genuine label with Earcoo™. Two-dimensional code Earcoo™ and packing list barcode are printed on the label.
Returns
All returned items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging,packing list,manuals and accessories.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 7 days from the date of receipt, or if the original label code of a forwarder or shipping agent has been removed from the packaging.
To return an item, contact Customer Service at service@elesoc.com or (86 592) 516 0939 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. All returns must be shipped prepaid.
